The first series of our congress; 13th International İstanbul Scientific Research Congress on Life, Engineering, and Applied Sciences which will be held with the partnership of Turkey, Qatar, Germany, Azerbaijan, North Macedonia and the Philippines with at least 55% foreign participants and participation from at least 20 different countries, studies from related fields and all sub-fields are evaluated.
